Terms and Conditions

1. Rules & Conduct

The learner is required to adhere to all rules, regulations, and the Code of Conduct set by Wonders Education Tuition Centre.

2. Fees & Payment

  • All tuition fees must be paid in advance, on or before the 3rd of each month.
  • Fees are invoiced to the Parent/Guardian listed on the registration form.
  • Payment must be made via online bank transfer/TnG Ewallet or cash deposit into the Wonders Education Tuition Centre account. Please use the learner’s full name as the payment reference.
  • Fees are payable regardless of the learner’s attendance, including absence due to illness or holidays when the centre remains open.

3. Late Payment & Penalty

  • All tuition fees must be settled on or before the 30th of each month.
  • If fees remain unpaid after the due date, a late payment penalty of RM50 will be charged to the learner’s account.
  • Wonders Education Tuition Centre reserves the right to:
    • Withhold admission to classes until outstanding balances are cleared, and/or
    • Suspend or discontinue the learner’s enrollment if payments are not made.

4. Withdrawal Policy

  • Parents/Guardians who wish to withdraw a learner must provide one (1) week written notice to the Centre.
  • Failure to provide such notice will result in one (1) week’s tuition fee being charged in lieu of notice.

5. Liability of Parents/Guardians

  • Parents/Guardians are jointly and severally responsible for the payment of all fees.
  • In the event of non-payment, all legal, collection, and administrative costs incurred by Wonders Education Tuition Centre will be borne by the Parents/Guardians.

6. Fee Adjustments

 Our fee structure is subject to an annual review. Any adjustments to tuition fees will be communicated to Parents/Guardians at least one (1) month in advance.

7. Financial Difficulties

Any Parent/Guardian experiencing financial challenges is encouraged to discuss the matter in confidence with the Centre’s Principal.

8. Duration of Agreement

This agreement remains in effect for the entire duration of the learner’s enrolment at Wonders Education Tuition Centre.
